1. Acceptance
By using Mass Hire, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to candidates, HR managers, and company representatives.
2. What Mass Hire Does
Mass Hire is a hiring event management platform. Companies create structured walk-in drives, candidates book slots, and Mass Hire manages scheduling, QR-based entry, and candidate flow.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Mass Hire. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and understand that we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. For Candidates
Booking a slot does not guarantee an interview or job offer. Your QR pass is personal and non-transferable. Mass Hire is not responsible for hiring decisions made by companies.
5. For Companies / HR
You are responsible for the accuracy of your job listings. Discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, or gender is prohibited under Indian law. Candidate data may be used only for recruitment purposes.
6. Prohibited
Fake listings, misuse of QR codes, spam, data scraping, and attempts to disrupt the platform are prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and technology on Mass Hire belong to Mass Hire unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Liability
Mass Hire is not liable for hiring outcomes, no-shows, cancellations, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mass Hire after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
