Candidates: Name, phone, email, slot bookings, QR check-in timestamps, and resume if submitted.

Companies/HR: Company name, contact details, designation, event details, and turnout data.

Auto-collected: Device information, browser information, IP address, and Google Analytics data.

3. How We Use It

We use data to generate QR passes, send WhatsApp or SMS reminders, manage event flow, improve the platform, and respond to support requests. Nothing else.

4. Who We Share With

We share candidate information with the hiring company a candidate registered for, limited to the candidate's name and slot details. We may also share information with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations or with legal authorities when required by Indian law. We never sell data.

5. Retention

Event data is deleted 90 days after the event. Users may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data and withdraw from communications at any time by emailing hello@masshire.in.

7. Security

We use encrypted data transmission and access controls to protect information handled through the platform.

8. Changes

We will notify users of significant updates through email or a platform notice.
